Delete your Calibrated Risk account

You can permanently delete your Calibrated Risk account yourself, from any of our apps. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the iOS or Android app

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm with your password.

On the web

1. Sign in at calibratedrisk.io.
2. Open Account, scroll to Delete account, and confirm with your password.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, name, and login credentials)
• All saved JHAs and their signatures
• Usage history and any active sessions

A subscription billed through Stripe is canceled automatically. A subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be canceled separately in that store's subscription settings — deleting your account does not cancel it.

If you can no longer sign in, contact support@calibratedrisk.io from the email address on the account and we'll delete it for you.
